Dividend and Income Fund

Dividend and Income Fund has a primary investment objective of providing its shareholders a high level of income. Capital appreciation is a secondary objective. The Fund seeks to achieve its objectives by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 50% of its total assets in income generating equity securities, including dividend paying common stocks, convertible securities, preferred stocks, securities of registered and unregistered investment companies (including, but not limited to, closed end and open end management investment companies, and business development companies) (collectively, "investment companies"), exchange traded funds organized as investment companies or otherwise, real estate investment trusts, depositary receipts, and other equity related securities.

Global Income Fund

The primary investment objective of the Fund is to provide for its shareholders a high level of income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The Fund pursues its investment objectives by investing primarily in closed end funds that investment significantly in income producing securities and a global portfolio of investment grade fixed income securities.

Foxby Corp.

Foxby Corp. is a non-diversified, closed end management investment company. The Fund's non-fundamental investment objective is total return which it may seek from growth of capital and from income by investment in securities of any type, unlimited by the issuer’s industry, location, or market capitalization. The Fund may invest in equity and fixed income securities of both new and seasoned U.S. and foreign issuers, including securities convertible into common stock and debt securities, closed end funds, and mutual funds. The Fund may employ aggressive and speculative investment techniques, such as selling securities short, employing futures and options, derivatives, and borrowing money for investment purposes, an approach known as "leverage." The Fund may also invest defensively in high grade money market instruments. A potential benefit of its closed end structure, the Fund may invest without limit in illiquid investments such as private placements and private companies.
